I was referred to Sam at Pilates by Samira through a friend.  At the time I didn’t know anything about Pilates.  When I met with Sam she was very patient with me explaining the various techniques and outcomes of Pilates.  She took me through a trial session and I immediately signed up for a 10-session program and then another and another...  I am thrilled with the results.  Sam is positive, encouraging and makes each session challenging while keeping it fun.  Her flexibility was incredible as I have a demanding travel schedule.  I would highly recommend Pilates by Samira.
